Each department is required to publish a grading rubric which guides the grading process for its courses:

Incomplete grades
Please note the rules for assigning an Incomplete grade. The student needs to have completed most of the work for the course. If you have questions regarding the appropriate grade, consult the Director of Pedagogy.
If an Incomplete grade is assigned, the COLT Course Incomplete Grade Record must be completed, signed, and filed with the department (submit hard copy or by e-mail to the office manager) by the grading deadline.

Academic Misconduct
If you suspect academic dishonesty, please refer to the Comparative Literature GE Guide for Addressing Academic Misconduct for direction. Graduate Employees proceed in consultation with the Director of Pedagogy.
